Churchill Rose print now on sale
2 Dec 2018
A beautiful limited-edition print of the Sir Winston Churchill rose is the perfect way to illustrate the power of collaboration among Australia’s Churchill Fellows.
Three South Australian Churchill Fellows – Pat Toolan CF 2002, John Zwar OAM CF 1978, and Gilbert Dashorst CF 1988 have been involved in what culminated in an original botanical painting of the ‘Sir Winston Churchill’ rose by Gilbert Dashorst that is now proudly on public display in Churchill House in Canberra.
100 strictly limited hand-numbered and individually-signed prints (59x42cm) have been produced on archival paper as a fundraiser for the Churchill Fellows Association of South Australia (CFASA).
All monies raised will help to fund the next CFASA sponsored Fellowship. To launch the sale of this print, number 1 of 100 was auctioned at the recent Churchill Fellows Association of South Australia Annual Dinner on 16 November and now these prints are available for purchase.
Don’t miss out on the chance to own this gorgeous botanical illustration! Prints can be purchased from the Churchill Trust's online shop for $200 inclusive of postage and handling.
